1 General Terms & Conditions

Gamemy is an online betting platform built specifically for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Gamemy and its users. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

Single Account Policy

Only one account is allowed per person, household, device, or IP address. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are found, Gamemy reserves the right to close all such accounts immediately and forfeit any balances.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Users must be at least 18 years old to place bets on Gamemy. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the platform. If Gamemy suspects that an account holder is underage, the account will be suspended immediately.

Registration will not be accepted in the following cases:

4 Deposits & Payments

Gamemy accepts deposits via Bangladesh's major mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfers are also accepted on a limited basis. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

Deposit Rules

• Only use a payment account registered in your own name when making deposits.
• Depositing from another person's payment account is not acceptable and may result in account suspension.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If you experience any issues, please contact our support team.
• Gamemy does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• The maximum single deposit limit may vary depending on the payment method.

5 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw funds from Gamemy, your account must have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit.
• To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the associated wagering requirements must be completed.
• Withdrawal requests may be put on hold for review if suspicious activity is detected.

6 Betting Rules

Certain rules apply when placing bets on Gamemy. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless Gamemy offers a dedicated cash-out option.

Bet Cancellation & Review

Gamemy reserves the right to cancel or review bets in the following circumstances:

• Incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error.

Live Betting

Odds in the live betting section update in real time and can change at any moment. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are final. Gamemy is not responsible for odds changes resulting from network issues.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

• There is a set time limit to meet wagering requirements; if not completed within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Gamemy. Any involvement in such activities will result in permanent account closure and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

• Attempting to influence betting outcomes through fraud, match fixing, or any other unethical means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions.
• Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers (bonus hunting).
• Using bots or automated software on the platform.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Uploading malicious code or viruses into the Gamemy system.
• Engaging in unfair odds arbitrage or exploiting system errors.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Gamemy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violating the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Engaging in any fraudulent activity.
• If there is reason to suspect the account holder is underage.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

You can request to close your account at any time by emailing support@gamemy.bet or reaching out via live chat. Please withdraw your balance before closing your account.
